Before you order a website from us, you'll need to know how much it is going to cost, so you'll need to complete our 'Request a Quote' form first. The form asks you to describe what you want us to do, what you want your website to do, and so on. The information you provide will allow us to provide you with a quote and will also allow us to decide if we can accept the order immediately, or when we will be able to do the work.
We don't want to discouage people from ordering websites from us, but we cannot automatically accept every order sent to us. We're a relatively small website design studio and, as stated elsewhere, our business model is not to accept as many orders as possible and then farm them out to freelancers in low-cost areas like South Asia. We do our own work and, with only a half-dozen designers, we only accept as many orders as we can reasonably handle.
When we provide a quote for a website, the quote will tell you what the website will cost, approximately how long it will take to build and what to do if you want to proceed. Due to the enormous number of time-wasters who seem to have nothing better to do with their lives than post fake orders for websites they have no intention of ever paying for, we require that a deposit is paid for every order before we start work on it. We think that's fair.
